I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially for the quality of service and facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped with en suite facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, paying attention to every request. Lastly, the breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The variety of options, including unlimited tea and coffee, made for a great start to the day.
Everything was great - no complaints!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Liverpool. The location, just off the M62, made it easy for us to get to the city centre and also to Liverpool airport. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, from assisting with luggage to recommending specials at the on-site restaurant. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the city and there was a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.
The shower had poor water pressure and was difficult to adjust. There was no lift in the building, which was a problem as we were on the upper floor and had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, including North Wales. the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and tidy bathroom. the attached pub offered a convenient option for dinner or breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, which had a great selection of food. the hotel provided great value for money and a pleasant experience.
The room lacked an electrical socket by the bedside, which would have been more convenient.

the location was convenient, with easy access to the motorway and nearby attractions. the room was well equipped, including a comfortable bed and a TV.
The food was disappointing. Although, I did enjoy lunch in the restaurant, breakfast was poor, and it didn't meet my expectations.
